"We won't just build a club — FC Nairobi will build a standard. We will turn professional football and multi-sport into the engine that lifts a generation."

— FC Nairobi Leadership

Introduction

We have a vision for Nairobi.

Nairobi is one of Africa's youngest, most dynamic, and fastest-growing cities. With a metropolitan population of over 14.3 million people — nearly 49% of whom are youth aged 15-34 — the city represents an unprecedented opportunity for professional football.

Yet despite its vibrant energy and immense potential, Nairobi lacks world-class professional sports infrastructure. There is no professional football-specific stadium. No professional multi-sports arena.

Now is the time to build and inspire positive attitudes.

Leadership Foreword

"Our ultimate purpose is to inspire positive attitudes through professional football and multi-sports. The talent and demand is there in abundance."

Founding Team

The FC Nairobi Way

Our new strategic plan through to 2031 aims to take Nairobi professional football forward, with a clear focus on the biggest opportunities and challenges that need to be addressed.

Professional football is truly a game for all; it has the power to unite communities, improve lives and inspire positive attitudes, on and off the field.

We are focused on delivering success by providing world-class support structures, environments and pathways that enable our athletes to perform on the biggest stages and generally creating more training and networking pathways for young people to get involved into professional football and sports management.
