From a six-year-old's first touch to a professional contract, every FC Nairobi player follows one deliberate pathway: skill first, team second, joy always — the method that produced Pelé and Figo.
We will develop players through futsal and small-sided football, one coaching curriculum, individual development at every age, sports science and genuine international exposure.
The target is explicit: FC Nairobi players in CAF competition and the world's top leagues — ten exported every year by 2030.
