FC Nairobi is being built differently.
This is not politics.
This is not another short-term football project.
This is a professional club, academy, training facility, modular stadium and indoor multi-sport arena being built for Kenya, for football, and for the next generation.
Legends Membership is for the first 10,000 people who want to stand at the beginning of the FC Nairobi story.
Legends Members are not just joining a club. They are helping to build the foundation of a new professional football ecosystem — one that gives supporters, players, coaches, schools, academies, companies and professional clubs a real home to train, compete, develop and grow.
Why Legends Membership Matters
FC Nairobi intends to create a long-term supporter ownership pathway through an independent Fan Trust structure.
Instead of placing thousands of individual supporters directly onto the company share register, FC Nairobi intends to support the creation of a properly governed supporter vehicle — such as a trust, co-operative or other legally approved fan ownership structure.
That supporter vehicle may hold a single block of shares in FC Nairobi on behalf of its members, with supporters participating through the internal rules and voting structure of that vehicle.
This protects the club from political interference, protects supporters from administrative confusion, and allows fans to have an organised, collective voice without disrupting the professional management of the club.

The Fan Trust Vision
The proposed Fan Trust structure is designed to give supporters a collective stake without creating confusion, politics or administrative disorder. The structure would work as follows:
- 01A legally approved supporter trust, co-operative or fan ownership vehicle is created.
- 02FC Nairobi may allocate a defined block of shares to that single supporter vehicle.
- 03Fans join the supporter vehicle rather than being individually placed on the FC Nairobi company share register.
- 04The supporter vehicle votes internally.
- 05The appointed representative of the supporter vehicle casts the collective vote at FC Nairobi shareholder level.
- 06The club remains professionally managed, commercially disciplined and protected from political interference.
Built Without Politics
FC Nairobi is being built as a professional football institution.
The club’s focus is football, infrastructure, youth development, training facilities, academy development, commercial partnerships, stadium operations, indoor sports, coaching pathways and community impact.
The purpose of the Legends Membership is to build a serious supporter base around the club before the stadium opens.

Legends Membership is limited to 10,000 founding places.
Once these places are taken, the next stage of membership will move into future stadium, academy, arena and club membership phases at higher pricing.
