Bring learning to life, outside the classroom. The Outdoor Leadership & Challenge Centre is planned as part of the proposed FC Nairobi Sports Village — offering experiential development programmes for leaders and teams, and memorable team-building sessions set against its East African landscape.
Leadership Development
Enhance leadership skills and team performance through outdoor experiential learning at a unique and practical setting — high-ropes elements, low-ropes circuits, obstacle progressions, classroom shelters and an instructor base.
Sports Team Building
Ideal for professional sports teams looking to add new variables into their training programme or simply to have fun away from training. Sessions are designed alongside coaches so the outdoor work feeds back into team performance.

Landscape
A network of walking and running trails threaded through indigenous woodland, wetland and acacia, joined by landscaped recovery gardens with meditation alcoves and breathwork lawns — used by academy players and visiting groups alike.
