An exclusive opportunity to put your team, school or group through their paces and experience a day to remember at the FC Nairobi Youth Academy as the newest honorary members of the Crowns.
A 500-acre site has been identified for the proposed Typhoon Sports Village — the future home of the FC Nairobi First Team & Youth Academy. Once complete, visiting groups will arrive at our world-class performance facility, train on a 3G match-day pitch with FC Nairobi coaches, walk through the players’ tunnel and finish in the academy dining hall — a fun-filled mini camp at the home of Kenyan football.
Play Like Us
A two-and-a-half hour experience designed to give visiting teams, schools and grassroots groups a real taste of what it feels like to train at the home of FC Nairobi. Groups arrive as visitors and leave as honorary Crowns.
Coached Session on a 3G Match-Day Pitch
A 90-minute coaching session delivered by FC Nairobi academy coaches on the same 3G match-day pitch used by the first team — technical drills, small-sided games and a full-pitch finishing block, calibrated to the group’s age and ability.
Players’ Tunnel Walk & Dining Hall Lunch
After training, groups walk through the players’ tunnel onto the pitch, take the official team photo, and finish with lunch in the academy dining hall — performance-nutrition menus designed for footballers and a souvenir to mark the visit.
Covered Indoor Pitch
A covered indoor full-size football pitch lets grassroots groups, schools and leagues train and play right through the rains and the midday sun. Built with a naturally ventilated timber roof and a full-size 3G surface, the indoor pitch sits alongside six outdoor full-size pitches — with changing rooms, spectator viewing decks, an on-site café and inclusive-access facilities for a smooth visitor experience.
Five-a-side Football
Six floodlit, fenced five-a-side pitches with professional-grade artificial turf, rebound boards and clear markings sit at the heart of the grassroots offer — built for fast small-sided football, school competitions, women’s evening leagues, corporate tournaments and casual walk-on bookings. Shaded thatched cabanas, viewing decks and water stations line the pitches, and full floodlighting keeps the games going late into the evening.
School, Youth, Women & Corporate Leagues
Rolling league schedules turn the football core into a year-round community space — school competitions, junior development leagues, women’s evening leagues, corporate tournaments and walk-on rentals. The same pitches serve youth at 4pm, women at 6pm and corporates at 8pm.
