Where the academy will meet the first team
The Vision
FC Nairobi's Elite Pathway will connect our most promising graduates to first-team football. We will provide a fully professionalised environment — elite coaching, sports science and a clear route to senior and international football, or to university scholarships.
What We Will Develop
